World Cheese Awards 2019
As last year, we participated, as members of the Parmigiano Reggiano National Team, in this world cheese awards, held in Bergamo, obtaining the bronze medal with a cheese aged for 30/39 months.

On the occasion of the 90th Grape and Wine Festival in Bardolino, the Caseificio Frizza dairy represented our prestigious cheese, with the support of the Parmigiano Reggiano Consortium, at a now famous event in the area of Lake Garda, which attracts numerous tourists.
September 2019, also this year we participated in the Palio di Saint Lucio held in Guastalla on the occasion of the Piante & Animali Perduti festival.
Caseificio Frizza represented the Consorzio del Formaggio PR/RE at the Literature Festival in Mantua, an international event, selling its Parmigiano Reggiano.
In November 2018 we participated in the international event held in Bergen (Norway) where we won the bronze medal for the “over 30 months” category with our Parmigiano.
Several members of our staff participated in the course for cheese tasters, held by ONAF in Mantua, successfully obtaining the 1st level diploma.
