We have been producing Parmigiano Reggiano for almost 70 years

Today, we are a large agricultural consortium. We collect a genuine product from 20 farming partners and transform it into an unmistakable cheese that boasts nine centuries of solid tradition.

World Cheese Awards 2019

As last year, we participated, as members of the Parmigiano Reggiano National Team, in this world cheese awards, held in Bergamo, obtaining the bronze medal with a cheese aged for 30/39 months.

90th Grape and Wine Festival in Bardolino

On the occasion of the 90th Grape and Wine Festival in Bardolino, the Caseificio Frizza dairy represented our prestigious cheese, with the support of the Parmigiano Reggiano Consortium, at a now famous event in the area of Lake Garda, which attracts numerous tourists.
